On the hunt for a kickass Demand Generation Strategist to join our team! If you're a result-driven problem solver who can align cross-functional teams and drive pipeline growth, this role is for you.
The difference you will bring:
- Manage client's portfolio and pipeline growth department (ABM/demand gen) in a fast-growing agency
- Manage macro and micro-segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion
- Work closely with demand generation experts and creative team to ensure proper messaging and execution across multiple channels (content, social, search, events, sales)
- Translate business goals into demand-generation strategies and execution plans
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance in terms of pipeline growth
- Drive tight alignment with Sales to ensure seamless execution and meet quarterly pipeline goals
- Partner with the RevOps team to develop a measurement framework.
- Leverage HubSpot tools and related technology integrations to generate and convert demand
What it takes to get this role:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
- Experience implementing mid-market/enterprise programs and processes
- Understanding and experience working with high-touch sales and low-touch self-serve motions
- Comprehensive understanding of inbound methodologies, industry trends, and self-serve funnel
- A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spending
- Fluent in HubSpot capabilities with hands-on experience
- Extraordinary program management and communication skills and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing, and technology teams.
- The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.
