As HubSpot Specialist, you will be responsible for building, and implementing revenue operations to support holistic go-to-market strategies.
You will work closely with Revenue Strategists that develop end-to-end strategies to support our partners’ growth.
The difference you will bring:
The goal of this role is to help clients plan, build and optimize HubSpot portals in a way that leads to long-term customer relationships. In order to achieve this, you will need to be familiar with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS. You will also need to work closely with Customer Success Managers in order to ensure that clients are getting the most out of their HubSpot investment.
What it takes to get this role:
- 2+ years in Sales Operations (analytics forecasting, goals, sales process) or Marketing Operations (lead scoring, workflows, attribution, reporting, campaign setup, landing pages) roles with HubSpot, for B2B Companies
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales & Marketing Hub knowledge required, Service & CMS Hub is a plus)
- Experience in Professional Services will be an advantage
- Experienced working in a fast pace environment with short lead time requests and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong Project management skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
What do we look for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High familiarity with the HubSpot tools and strategies such as lifecycle stage, lead statuses, email nurturing, sales pipelines, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
- Ability to document automated workflows/processes in HubSpot/CRM and their integrated technologies
- Experience with tools like outreach.io, ABM software, roll works/adroll, and webinar tools is a plus
- Ability to identify true clients' needs through interviews
- Skilled at translating technical terms into nontechnical, business-oriented outcomes
- Get things done attitude
Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, and supporting HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs for customers with a clear focus on B2B Industries
- Understanding the client's needs and processes
- Keeping up to date with the latest technology features and product changes of HubSpot
- You regularly attend HubSpot trainings, obtain all relevant certifications, and are up to date with the HubSpot product roadmap
